Conditions for your Vacation Home Rental

1. Price includes reasonable use of utilities & House.  It does not include transportation, flights, car hire, holiday insurance etc. Prices are subject to currency fluctuations and government action.

2.You are required to pay in FULL due 6 weeks before the arrival date. If you book any of our homes less than 6 weeks before arrival date the full balance will be due immediately.

3. Payments can be made with personal checks or money orders.

4. WWD will strive to address any problems in a timely manner. Please contact us if you have any problems with your vacation home.

5. Cancellation must be in writing by the party leader. In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply: 6 weeks or more prior to rental period – 20%, less than 6 weeks - 100% Rental Charge. For most reasons beyond your control cancellations will be covered by your Travel insurance.

6. WWD do not charge a security deposit.  We operate an honor system and you will inform us immediately if there is any damage.  If there is any damage / loss or excessive cleaning required to the property due to your stay, we will negotiate settlement in good faith.

7. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted.

8. Smoking is strictly not permitted within the property.

9. Please remove outside shoes inside the Villa / House.

10. In the unlikely event that due to Circumstances beyond our control WWD need to make changes or cancel your booking, We will inform you as soon as possible, We reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time, and will only be held liable to refund monies already paid by you the client.

11. In case of ''force measure'' your booking may need to be terminated prior to the scheduled conclusion of your booking, This is unlikely to occur, Although if the situation arises WWD will not be able to offer refunds, Your Travel Insurance may cover you for these events.

12. WWD cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to your property, or for death, any injury sustained by any member of the party, how so ever caused.

13. Do not allow unsupervised children to use the pool, spa, balcony, waste disposal, garage or any such areas.

14. All doors and windows must be closed and secured whenever you are not in the property. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for locking all doors and windows.

15. WWD will not be liable for loss or delay caused by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, and technical/weather, problems with transport, aircraft grounding, and closure of airports.

16. WWD reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date.

17. Check - in time is after 4:00pm on arrival date.

18. Check - out time is strictly before noon, unless prior agreement with WWD is reached. Failure to vacate the property by this time will result in additional charges.

19. If you have not paid the extra per stay cleaning / laundering charge, then please clean all bathrooms, toilets, & showers used.  Please clean all dishes and kitchen / appliance surfaces.  Please vacuum all areas used.  Launder & dry all bed sheets / towels etc. and re-make beds.  Remember, this is an honor system, and on inspection, if the villa is not returned in the condition you found it, A1, then you will incur extra cleaning charges.  It will also take 2-3 hours to complete on your departure day.

20. Guests using our homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay and the cost of repair/replacement - please note that guest liability in this respect is not included in your paid fee.

21. It is important that guests thoroughly check our homes on arrival and report any problems or deficiencies to the WWD within 24 hours of arrival.

22. Please note that, as Florida is a tropical State, insects such as ants and the like are occasionally inevitable, and are not cause for complaint. The villas are treated periodically as part of a pest and termite control program.

23. WWD do not accept liability for any injury, Damage or Loss sustained by any Member of your party or by any persons entering the Home during your rental period.

24. WWD reserves the right to remove occupiers from the premises (without refund) for breaching of the booking conditions

25. Web Site Accuracy: Please note, the information and prices shown on the www.walkerworlddirect.com website may have changed by the time you come to book your stay. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the website and prices at the time of requesting the booking, regrettably errors do occasionally occur.

25. Fees: Payment by PayPal will incur an additional fee of 4% of total.
Please add 4% onto quoted total and include in remittance.
